*long indrawn breath*

So, grey hair. I swore, long ago, that I would take any changes to my hair (grey, falling out, whatever) with grace and that I was not going to do silly things (silly to me) like getting a hair piece or the like. So I will not be plucking the things, I will not be dyeing my hair.

*sigh* At least I still have skin that makes me look like I'm 12, even if my hair is deciding to try and make me look older. ;-)

Look at the bright side, once your hair goes completely grey you can dye it primary colours without having to bleach it first ;)

(this was my reasoning behind 'why I want all my hair to turn grey' when I found my first grey hairs at sixteen..however, seven years later I sitll only have a few, so...)

When my father (who was very southern) found his first few gray hairs, I was about 14 or 15 years old. I teased him about it, and he said:

"It can turn anything it wants, as long as it don't turn loose."

Most men in my family have thick hair until very, very late in life, but we do all go gray. So, I guess baldness was his only fear.
