legalmooseY'all may not remember, but back in June I had to report to the Federal District Court here in DC for grand jury duty. I was named an alternate, not a juror, at the time. Well, that changed today. Got the call from the court, I have to start next week.
Now, this is only going to be through January at this point (supposedly - it could get extended, and I'm officially callable until December of 2002), but it does potentially mean missing two days of work a week, every week for the next three months.
Naturally I cannot (and will not) discuss the contents of the actual grand jury, but what a mess this is going to be. LOL!
