A lot, but not really
Oct. 17th, 2021 04:08 pmThe husband got it in his system to go out and clean out the garage. We weren't too bad about dumping things in there when we moved in, but it had of course accumulated some things, and other things had been placed in there post-move last year, and it needed some editing. So we spent a couple hours rearranging Xmas decorations, and cataloging lego sets, and designating a car load of stuff as donations. Checked and Goodwill was still open when we were done, so loaded up the car and got rid of it all. Done and done. Not a bad way to spend the early afternoon.
Now he's attempting to put one of our largest lego sets back together for display. It was lightly separated so it could be moved, and hopefully it won't take too much to reassemble it (unlike my poor Mini cooper set, which will need to be completely unassembled before I can put it back together).
Did find a nice web site and app to catalog the lego sets. Mostly so we know which holiday sets we have, as those tend to repeat a bit more than the regular ones, which get retired regularly. We have ... a lot of legos in the house. And a lot in the garage. I wouldn't say it's a problem, but it is a lot.
